Cannabis for Epstein–Barr Virus

The Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) is one of the most common viruses (part of herpes family of viruses) found in humans. It is estimated that about 90% of adults in the US have been exposed (mostly via saliva or genital fluids). Most people develop adaptive immunity. EBV may raise the risk of developing certain cancers and autoimmune disorders. Initial contraction may or may not include symptoms such as weakness, swollen lymph nodes, fever, skin rash, or sore throat for example.
